What should I expect when I visit the Church?
Our main meetings are on Sundays and are times when we gather as a “family” to worship, learn, pray and encourage each other. You will be welcomed at the door, invited in, shown where you can sit.
What happens to the kids at Church?
Most Sundays there is a crèche and Sunday school so children may go and join in with age-appropriate activities. When this is announced, please just go with the crowd and your child will be shown to the correct place. You can then re-join the service.
However, there is no pressure at all for them to do so and they are very welcome to stay with you for the entire time. If they get a bit noisy or restless, don’t worry, we have a sound system that can cope with that! But if they are distressed you are welcome to go with them to crèche or Sunday School.
Is there a dress code?
No, come as you are. We tend to be quite casual.
Will I have to join in?
Only if you want to. You are welcome to sit and watch/listen. Or to sit, stand, sing and pray when others do.
Where do I park?
There is a free car park at our building, but if they get full, there is free parking in the residential roads nearby.
I have limited mobility, is that a problem?
We are very much used to people with walking aids or wheelchairs. We will ensure you have the help and space you want.
I have more questions, how can I get in touch and ask them?
