If we were starting up as a new group somewhere - instead of meeting on a discussion forum - we would probably try and get to know each other a little by introducing ourselves and maybe saying something about what we were hoping to get out of the group / activity.
So please reply to this post with a little bit about yourself - your name and what you are hoping for from the time we spend together here.
Let me start - I'm Graham and the minister of the church. I am hoping that as we spend time together looking at these challenging words of Jesus that we will all grow closer to Jesus and live more as He calls us to.
I'm also very interested to see if trying to do something like this "online" works for the group as I hope it will.
Hi, after twenty/fifteen years gap ( going to church just for pray when I fancied), I started to go to this church for almost two years now. Due to my life's circumstances, today I have more time and will to reflect and reconnect with my faith and Jesus. I am glad to join this group.
